Welcome to the San Lorenzo Valley Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization (a.k.a. Bobcat Club). We are a group of parents, teachers, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends who want a better educational experience for the kids of San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School. We want our children to be inspired by all the different opportunities out there.

Elementary school should be a time of enlightenment and discovery. It is important that we help provide an academic environment that is both enriching and in line with the state common core standards. There are so many things that we, the Bobcat Club, fund that benefit every single student. The programs we fund include art, music, science and life lab. Without the Bobcat Club these programs simply wouldn’t exist.

We are always looking for ways to make the school a better, safer and “smarter” environment in which to learn. The Bobcat Club isn’t just a group of “friends” that hang out and go to meetings – we are a group of parents and community members who want to make a difference and support the children and teachers of San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School. Being a Bobcat Club member doesn’t mean you HAVE to attend meetings – it means you support the kids that go the SLVE and believe in the opportunities that the Bobcat Club works hard to provide.

The Bobcat Club will spend more than $150 on each and every child regardless of whether you get involved or not. That’s a lot and it continues to grow. That is why we need YOU – we need you to help make a difference by supporting the programs the children love. We would love for each and every one of you to come to one of our meetings. And we’d love to hear from you.

Email us at slvebobcatclub@gmail.com – let us tell you how many different ways you can support the Bobcat Club. We sincerely hope you consider joining and what it means to say we are a part of the SLVE Bobcat Club.
